Who we are and how to contact us

TodayInventory operates the TodayInventory platform for tyre shops, workshops and related businesses. Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests and complaints can be sent to support@todayinventory.com.

Personal information we collect and hold

We may collect and hold business contact details, account user details, customer and vehicle records, booking and job information, quote and invoice records, payment references, CSV import records, uploaded files, support messages, audit logs, device and browser information, billing information and integration settings needed to operate the service.

How we collect and hold information

We collect information directly through website forms, signup forms, tenant users, CSV imports, support requests, billing workflows and normal platform use. We may also receive information from connected services where a tenant chooses to enable an integration. Information is held in hosted application systems, databases, backups, logs and support tools with access controls appropriate to the role and purpose.

Why we collect, use and disclose information

We use personal information to provide the platform, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, support tenants, improve reliability, protect security, keep audit records, send service messages, process CSV imports, generate operational documents and connect approved third-party services. We do not sell tenant customer lists.

Third-party providers and overseas disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate hosting, storage, email, SMS, payment, accounting, analytics, support, security and communication functions. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in countries where those providers or their infrastructure operate. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and limit access to what is needed for the service.

Access and correction

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. Tenant account owners can also update many business and user records from inside the platform. We may need to verify your identity and authority before making changes to tenant or customer records.

Complaints

If you believe personal information has been mishandled, contact us at support@todayinventory.com. We will review the complaint, ask for any details needed to investigate it, and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Security and retention

We use practical security controls including account authentication, role-based access, audit logging and operational backups. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, protect the platform and maintain business records.
