By accessing and using Good Guys Tyre ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including subscribers, administrators, mechanics, and reception staff.
Good Guys Tyre is a cloud-based workshop management system designed for tyre and mechanical workshops. The Service provides tools for job card management, customer relationship management, vehicle tracking, appointment booking, invoicing, inventory management, and team collaboration.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Good Guys Tyre and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
